Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

A.The buyer is responsible for all freight and other delivery charges, unless otherwise agreed to.

B. Calgary area: Free Shipping for order over $200, or $10 per order.

Edmonton Area: 8% of your order, maxium $35.

Lethbridge Area: 8% of order, maxium $35.

Pricing and Payment terms.

a. Product prices, unless otherwise agreed to, do not include freight, taxes or duties. Prices are subject to correction or change without notice.

b. Payment is due in accordance with the pay terms of the invoice. Any balances due beyond the pay terms are subject to a charge of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per month.
